1. Introduction
Welcome to the Real-time Auditing and Chicken Operation (ARACO) platform, owned and operated by ARACO Poultry and Livestock Corporation. By accessing this System, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all workflows, including inventory management, dispatching, sales tracking, and auditing processes.
2. Account Registration and Approval
2.1. Approval Mandatory: Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Registration does not guarantee access; all accounts require manual activation by a System Administrator.
2.2. Security: Users are strictly prohibited from sharing credentials. Any action performed under a user’s account is the legal responsibility of that account holder.
2.3. Termination: ARACO reserves the right to revoke access immediately if fraudulent activity or a breach of operational protocol is detected.
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
The System operates on a linear, interdependent workflow. Users must perform their duties within the scope of their assigned roles:
Sales Supervisor Order creation and management.
Production Lead Live chicken arrivals (LTS) & metrics (PDMR).
Dispatch Lead Weighing, distribution (SDR) & articles.
Plant Supervisor Review and approval of core reports.
Data Integrity & Auditing
4.1. Field Accuracy: Integrity depends on the accuracy of data entered at the source (weights, head counts, etc).
4.2. Finality of Records: Once a report is "Approved," it is considered a legal business record. Corrections must follow the formal Return Process.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
5.1. Ownership: All data generated, including sales reports and inventory
levels, is the exclusive property of the Corporation.
5.2. Confidentiality: Unauthorized export of sensitive pricing or operational
yields is a violation of company policy and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Corporation is not liable for losses resulting from temporary System outages, internet connectivity issues at site, or financial discrepancies caused by user data entry errors.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the System. Your continued use of the System after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
