Operational Security & Access

Access to data is strictly governed by the "Principle of Least Privilege." Users can only view or modify information essential to their assigned station (e.g., Hanging Area, Weighing, or Dispatch).

Note: All modifications to stock levels, weights, or order statuses are tied to individual user IDs and stored in an immutable audit trail.

5. Retention and Integrity

Operational logs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with corporate auditing and tax regulations. While users are responsible for data entry accuracy, the system implements automated validation logic to prevent data corruption during real-time operations.
